RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Return your order within 100 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
You can return your order using any trackable postal service; therefore we recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please keep your postage receipt for your own security. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.
Please note that exchanges and refunds will only be offered if the item returned is unworn and undamaged and in its original, saleable condition accompanied by a copy of your original invoice and in its packaging. Jewellery returns received without the original packaging will be returned to the customer.
BESPOKE & CUSTOMISED RETURNS
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on commissioned bespoke pieces, customised pieces, and made to order pieces.
All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

DELIVERY COSTS REFUND
Delivery costs will be refunded in the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your order before dispatch.
- If you return a faulty item.
In the unlikely event that the items you receive are faulty or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the item to us and arrange an exchange with you. Please contact us within three days of receiving the item, to arrange a return and exchange or refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems that may occur.
