ORDERING ONLINE:
Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit or credit card. We accept all major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, which will all securely processed through Paypal. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.
UK ORDERS:
Free, 2-5 working days.
A signature will be required for all UK shipments at the time of delivery, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.
DELIVERY TO EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS:
Free, 5-10 working days.
DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
Free, 14-21 working days.
CUSTOMS, TAX AND DUTIES
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK:
Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.
These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE:
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a branded Agneta Bugyte jewellery box, which comes in a protective cardboard box.
