These are our terms and conditions and you should read them carefully as they apply to your use of this website and any order you may make.

By using this website you are fully accepting our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions you must stop using this website immediately.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website.


We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described and that the product information is correct.
Our products are sold subject to their product description. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information or price has been incorrectly published.

If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them via our Returns procedure.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email confirmation of receipt of the order to your email address.

If after we have confirmed your order we discover we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order and inform you by email as soon as possible. If for any reason we are unable to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, the exchange to an equivalent product of the same value.


You have the right to cancel your agreement within a period of 100 days. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide that you do not want to receive or keep an Item you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement. You can do so by writing to us.


We reserve the right to cancel the order if we are unable fulfil your order, we are unable to obtain payment, or there was a product fault or an error in the product description.


Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices are in UK pounds sterling and do not include delivery charges. Any price changes will be confirmed to you when you submit your order. The price for the goods, including any delivery charges, is as set out in the order confirmation.

We may from time to time run special promotions. We reserve the right to change or terminate any promotion without notice at any time.


Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit or credit card. We accept all major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, which will all be securely processed through Paypal. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.

A signature will be required for all UK shipments at the time of delivery, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.

Free, 5-10 working days.

Free, 14-21 working days.


Any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.


We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
Items must be returned unused and undamaged, and in their original, saleable condition within 100 days of receiving them. If returned Items are damaged we may not accept them and may send them back to you and/or refuse a refund.
All packaging including cases and protective carton boxes must be returned along with the goods. Jewellery returns received without the original packaging will be returned to the customer.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on commissioned bespoke pieces, and customised pieces.

If you have returned the items to us because they are faulty/damaged or wrongly described, we will refund the price of the Goods and any applicable charges for returning the item to us. Please note we cannot accept liability for an Item as faulty until it has been returned to us.


We may immediately, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your use of and access to the Services, at our sole discretion, for any reason, whether with or without cause or warning, and without liability. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing your use of the Services.


All rights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its entire content are owned by us. These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal use. Any use of the Website not permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate law.


If you have a complaint about any goods you purchase from us please contact us so we can help you. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and we will do our best to sort any problems that may occur.

Alternatively if you have unresolved complaint about the product you bought from us online you can check the European Online Dispute Resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr which provides the information about alternative dispute resolution.
